Ryan Kell

I was born in 1976 in the Greater Springfield area. I grew up in Southeast Springfield near Springfield Lake and we had a farm in Nixa where I spent my weekends.

My wife and I met in 1997, and I became a Realtor in 1999. Johanna and I got married in 2003 and bought a home in Nixa, where we still live. We have 4 children- 2 boys and 2 girls.

I was Born Again Feb 26th, 2012! – and my life has never been the same!

I was raised around real estate development, management, building and sales. I spent the first 15 years of my career as a proud Carol Jones Realtors agent. I joined Keller Williams in 2015 and in March of 2021, my partner of 6 years -at the time, Joy Bray, and I opened Gateway Real Estate’s first office in Nixa.

I truly believe the position of Realtor is that of a consultant- not a salesperson.
